My tricks of the trade
Well I have two because I can't decide between either of them. My first one is my Clover Needle Threader. I do alot of Sashiko embroidery which I have been sharing with you all of late and I am constantly threading needles..........all my needle threaders eventually break ( you know the silver foil ones or red ones with wire that I bought in Lincraft and Spotlight)......but not this one. I know it cost me $12 but its a pleasure to use and wont break and has this nifty little cover as well.
My other little widget is my leather thimble with inbuilt metal tip that I use all the time when I am doing my hand quilting. Its soft, molds to your finger and can be adjusted. Although made in Collingwood this was purchased by a friend of mine at Patchwork on Central. I dont know if they stock them now or whether they can order them, but its well worth searching out
I loved this weeks theme by Bollewangenhaptoet and thanks to Three Buttons Three Buttons for hosting
