My Morning Ritual........
I suppose muesli for breakfast would be mine. I make up a container full...here is the recipe
2C of oats
1/4C sultanas
1/4C cranberries
handful of chopped or flaked almonds
sprinkling of coconut
sprinkling of sesame seeds
1/8C sunflower seeds
1/8C pumpkin seeds
you can add wheatgerm (I choose not to)
To moisten I add a tablespoon of water (you could add apple juice or milk)
Top it with yoghurt and your choice of fruit........I love the frozen raspberries from Sara Lee
I usually have it with freshly squeezed Apple and Vegetable juice
1 granny smith apple
2 stalks of celery
piece of cucumber
1/4 piece of lemon
handful of mint and parsley
knob of ginger
