I don't think you can beat this Gluten Free Orange Cake recipe

but was looking around for some muffin mixes to try for afternoon tea with my sister who is a coeliac.
Came across these 3 products at a whole gluten free section at Leo's Grocery

Celebrate Health's Raspberry and Chestnut muffin mix needed 3 eggs and I used canola oil instead of butter

I added frozen raspberries and it was light and delicious and made 12
The Orgran Chocolate muffin mix used 1 egg and oil and was also light in texture but I found I would have liked more of a chocolate taste.......so would add cocoa, it only made 9.

I would buy both of these again
The blueberry muffin mix is yet to be made. Now I have a stash of afternoon tea in the freezer for my sister.
