I have been spring cleaning my blog, so if you are reading this on bloglines, google reader or by daily email check out my new look and banner. This was in preparation for my Etsy shop launch just in time for Mother's Day. More news on that tomorrow.
I made these Carrot and Walnut Cupcakes for Easter with a cream cheese topping. I took some along here and they went down a treat. I often freeze cupcakes with icing and all as one batch never gets eaten at once and then I have some for another time.
I started collecting easter decorations when I lived in London......partly driven to bring colour into the usual greyscape of my kitchen and dining area. Handpainted and paper mache eggs combine with ducks and butterflies.
And this delightful Peter Rabbit bought in New York
